1. Actively contribute to the deployment of a safety culture within the tannery.
2. Enhance hygiene, safety, and environmental practices through continuous improvement initiatives.
3. Participate in the maintenance of HSE dashboards and communication materials.
4. Assist in updating the risk assessment document, focusing on chemical risks.
5. Identify potential hazards and dangerous situations.
6. Monitor HSE action plans.
7. Manage the documentation system, including creating and updating safety procedures and risk assessments.
8. Track HSE indicators and ensure follow-up on incidents and dangerous situations.
9. Facilitate HSE awareness sessions and onboarding for new employees.
10. Prepare and disseminate regular HSE communications.
11. Engage in audits, site visits, and safety discussions.
12. Support waste management process monitoring.
