- Actively contribute to the deployment of a safety culture within the tannery.
- Enhance hygiene, safety, and environmental practices through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in the maintenance of HSE dashboards and communication materials.
- Assist in updating the risk assessment document, focusing on chemical risks.
- Identify potential hazards and dangerous situations.
- Monitor HSE action plans.
- Manage the documentation system, including creating and updating safety procedures and risk assessments.
- Track HSE indicators and ensure follow-up on incidents and dangerous situations.
- Facilitate HSE awareness sessions and onboarding for new employees.
- Prepare and disseminate regular HSE communications.
- Engage in audits, site visits, and safety discussions.
- Support waste management process monitoring.
- Enrollment in a professional degree program in hygiene, safety, and environment.
- Adherence to safety and environmental regulations.
- Proficiency in IT tools.
- Interest in operational and hands-on work.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust.
