Hermès HSE & Sustainability Project Coordinator

- Support the Group's tanneries in implementing HSE policies and managing major risks.
- Contribute to the management of operational projects related to sustainability, including water, energy, waste, and biodiversity.
- Participate in the coordination of local correspondents and communication efforts regarding sustainability and safety culture development.
- Assist the HSE DD team in data collection and monitoring indicators, particularly concerning the CSRD Directive.
- Pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +5, engineering school) with a specialization in HSE/Risk Management.
- Previous internship or apprenticeship experience in a corporate setting.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, adaptable to diverse interlocutors.
- Rigorous, structured, and versatile approach.
- Initiative, proactivity, and autonomy.
- Analytical mindset, curiosity, and eagerness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of HSE regulations and tools.
- Familiarity with CSR concepts related to the CSRD Directive is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel and Power BI as a plus.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
