Hermès HSE and Sustainability Manager

- Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with local, national, and international regulations.
- Supervise and coordinate HSE activities to ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.
- Ensure regulatory compliance by updating mandatory displays, risk assessments, and regulatory monitoring.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage health, safety, and environmental risks associated with organizational activities.
- Organize training and awareness sessions for staff on health, safety, environment, and sustainability issues.
- Promote a culture of risk prevention and environmental protection within the organization.
- Establish tracking and reporting systems to evaluate the organization's HSE performance.
- Integrate sustainability principles into organizational activities and promote social responsibility.
- Facilitate communication and initiatives related to sustainability and employee well-being.
- Master's degree in Health, Safety, Environment, or a related field.
- Relevant professional experience in health, safety, environment, or sustainability.
- Successful initial experience in management.
- In-depth knowledge of local and international HSE regulations.
- Project management skills, including planning, organizing, and implementing HSE initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively raise awareness among staff.
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions regarding HSE risk management.
Relevant professional experience in health, safety, environment, or sustainability, with a successful initial experience in management.
Master's degree in Health, Safety, Environment, or a related field.
