1. Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with local, national, and international regulations.
2. Supervise and coordinate HSE activities to ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.
3. Ensure regulatory compliance by updating mandatory displays, risk assessments, and regulatory monitoring.
4. Identify, evaluate, and manage health, safety, and environmental risks associated with organizational activities.
5. Organize training and awareness sessions for staff on health, safety, environment, and sustainability issues.
6. Promote a culture of risk prevention and environmental protection within the organization.
7. Establish tracking and reporting systems to evaluate the organization's HSE performance.
8. Integrate sustainability principles into organizational activities and promote social responsibility.
9. Facilitate communication and initiatives related to sustainability and employee well-being.

1. Master's degree in Health, Safety, Environment, or a related field.
2. Relevant professional experience in health, safety, environment, or sustainability.
3. Successful initial experience in management.
4. In-depth knowledge of local and international HSE regulations.

1. Project management skills, including planning, organizing, and implementing HSE initiatives.
2. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively raise awareness among staff.
3. Ability to work independently and make informed decisions regarding HSE risk management.

Relevant professional experience in health, safety, environment, or sustainability, with a successful initial experience in management.

Master's degree in Health, Safety, Environment, or a related field.
