Hermès HSE and Continuous Improvement Project Intern

- Assist in the implementation of a comprehensive HSE approach to manage and prevent risks related to working conditions and employee safety.
- Contribute to the development and execution of the Global HSE onboarding process for new employees and external partners.
- Support the monitoring of regulatory requirements and update risk assessments.
- Participate in accident reduction projects, including leading working groups, defining standards, and managing indicators.
- Conduct benchmarking and implement ergonomic best practices.
- Aid in the development of HSE culture through communication, training, and support.
- Engage in HSE and Maintenance department activities, including accident analysis and communication initiatives.
- Propose and lead lean management projects focused on HSE and/or Maintenance, enhancing productivity, production, and ergonomics.
- Establish dashboards and reports to track progress and outcomes of HSE and Maintenance projects.
- Facilitate change management by assisting employees in adapting to new work methods and overcoming resistance.
- Participate in site relocation or layout projects with the team.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in engineering or a related field with a specialization in HSE and/or continuous improvement.
- Previous experience in a corporate setting, demonstrating organizational skills, rigor, and initiative.
- Strong interpersonal skills, active listening, and autonomy.
- Excellent writing skills and project management experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to objectively evaluate processes, data, and issues, identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Determination to overcome obstacles and sustain momentum in continuous improvement efforts.
At least one prior experience in a corporate environment is required.
Pursuing a Master's degree in engineering or a related field.
