Hermès HR Data Analyst Intern

- Contribute to the annual HR reporting campaign to produce social performance indicators.
- Animate, collect, control, and provide necessary data for reporting.
- Participate in data analysis, communication, and reliability activities for recurring and ad hoc needs.
- Monitor monthly group workforce statistics.
- Prepare and animate the social indicator collection campaign for various publications.
- Ensure the production and consistency control of HR data published in sustainability reports and institutional sites.
- Improve data quality for social indicator tracking.
- Organize and prepare regular animations on social data topics.
- Develop dashboards for indicator tracking using BI tools.
- Respond to ad hoc requests related to workforce and other social indicators.
- Pursuing a Master's degree, ideally with a specialization in HR with a focus on Compensation & Benefits.
- Previous experience in HR data analysis and social reporting is required.
- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Team-oriented with a service mindset.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
