- Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, talent management, employee relations, and training and development.
- Serve as the primary HR contact for assigned departments, with a strong emphasis on recruitment activities.
- Establish close partnerships and provide strategic and operational HR consultation to Travel Retail stores in China.
- Equip managers with tools and knowledge for effective people management in alignment with organizational plans.
- Coach department managers to enhance their HR practices and people management skills.
- Monitor and manage employee relations issues, engaging specialist HR functions as necessary, and report to senior management.
- Ensure successful design and implementation of HR programs to meet departmental needs, maintaining close communication with the local HR team for policy updates.
- Gather and relay business unit feedback to the HR Director to enhance service levels.
- Undertake ad-hoc HR projects and tasks as assigned.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in reporting to a remote manager is preferred.
- Ability to liaise effectively with staff and managers at all organizational levels.
- Strong influencing, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Proficient in analyzing and resolving problems efficiently.
- Exceptional analytical and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of employment legislation and market practices.
