- Organize and maintain employee records and create new personnel files.
- Prepare and issue certificates and documentation.
- Manage employee access to payroll systems.
- Liaise with health insurance providers and manage sick leave notifications.
- Assist with preparatory tasks for monthly payroll processing.
- Perform additional administrative duties as required.
- Enrollment as a student at a German university, preferably in a business-related field.
- Basic knowledge or interest in Human Resources.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Fluency in German, both written and spoken.
- Initial experience in an administrative setting is advantageous.
