- Support the team by offering drinks and refreshments to clients.
- Accompany clients and VIPs during their store journey, assisting the sales team by retrieving products.
- Present and support client animations and workshops in the store.
- Share Hermès stories and anecdotes related to in-store animations.
- Guide clients through Hermès universes within the store.
- Provide bespoke hospitality services in collaboration with the sales team.
- Assist with transportation arrangements and help clients with their purchases.
- Offer information about the neighborhood, store services, and current city events.
- Minimum of 3 years of customer-facing experience in luxury retail or high-end service environments.
- Experience in event management is advantageous.
- Fluency in Danish and proficiency in English.
- Strong communication skills with warmth and graciousness.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability to different cultures and a sense of empathy.
- Team player mentality with a willingness to go the extra mile.
- Curiosity and quick learning ability.
A minimum of three years in a customer-facing role within luxury retail or a high-end service environment is required.
