Hermès High Jewelry Product Manager

- Coordinate the launch of high jewelry collections, ensuring alignment with the business timeline and milestone adherence.
- Oversee the development of high jewelry collections, liaising with creation studios, development teams, and stone services, as well as training, sales, customer experience, and communication teams.
- Actively participate in high jewelry rituals, sharing collection schedules and addressing any bottlenecks.
- Manage collection documents, including collection plans, creative meeting boards, management files, and supplementary presentations.
- Oversee the product offering, including pricing, sizing, and adjustments.
- Create references in the Bolduc system.
- Develop collection presentations and collaborate with external agencies.
- Communicate key messages of each collection internally and to markets.
- Update collection tools such as offer tables, collection mappings, and product books.
- Develop external support tools, including cases, travel pouches, and certificates.
- Lead the creation of collection films, organizing workshop shoots, managing schedules, participating in shoots, and overseeing final edits.
- Monitor the performance of each high jewelry collection and provide recommendations for future collections.
- Facilitate exchanges with sales teams to understand detailed collection performance by market and client.
- Conduct strategic analysis of competitor activities within the segment.
- Prepare analyses for the annual collection strategy presentation.
- Participate in collection launches as a product expert and operational support, both domestically and internationally.
- Manage an intern.
- Degree from a business school or a master's in management/marketing from a university.
- Significant experience in marketing and collection management, preferably in the jewelry sector.
- Ability to manage cross-functional projects and prioritize effectively.
- Meticulousness, reliability, and organizational skills.
- Capacity to unite teams around a project.
- Product sensitivity and interest in the jewelry sector.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit.
- Results-oriented with strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Fluent in English.
Significant experience in marketing and collection management, preferably in the jewelry sector, excluding internships and apprenticeships.
Degree from a business school or a master's in management/marketing from a university.
