- Manage a portfolio of suppliers and the value chain network associated with the production of Hermès jewelry products.
- Formalize and disseminate Hermès' requirements for subcontracting and component supply in collaboration with the internal control and CSR team.
- Ensure the evolution of processes and tools related to supplier risk analysis.
- Define and implement security plans in collaboration with the internal control and CSR team responsible for audit deployment.
- Conduct and monitor annual supplier audit plans across the entire value chain.
- Structure relevant indicators for tracking action plans.
- Consolidate annual supplier risk analysis.
- Maintain constant market monitoring and regular communication with key ecosystem players.
- Lead sourcing follow-up processes (identification, audit, approval).
- Consolidate and monitor key purchasing activity indicators in line with strategy.
- Manage and enhance the performance of a supplier portfolio in coordination with other High Jewelry departments.
- Collect key documents related to partner activities and Hermès Jewelry value chains.
- Organize and present Business Reviews with partners.
- Frame and structure cost estimation to harmonize processes.
- Analyze product cost structures based on predefined targets.
- Consolidate and analyze purchase price indexes.
- Propose projects related to business growth perspectives.
- Define and implement improvement plans with subcontractors to ensure long-term commitments.
- Establish regular activity sharing points with production purchasing teams to ensure cross-functionality and continuity of best practices.
- Higher education (engineering, business school), ideally complemented by a master's in Purchasing.
- 5-7 years minimum experience in technical purchasing, preferably in high-quality products and/or metallic products.
- Experience in internal and/or external audits (risk, compliance, etc.).
- 5 years minimum experience in securing supply chains in a complex supply chain context.
- Sensitivity to high-value-added products and the manufacturing universe.
- Ability to project a global vision and propose innovative solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit.

- Integrity and confidentiality.
5-7 years minimum experience in technical purchasing, preferably in high-quality products and/or metallic products. Experience in internal and/or external audits and securing supply chains in a complex context.
Higher education (engineering, business school), ideally complemented by a master's in Purchasing.
