Hermès Head of Fashion Design Studio

Holding Textile Hermès, a subsidiary, collaborates with Hermès' artistic departments to develop and produce accessories and textiles, while also managing its own high-fashion fabric brands, Bucol and Métaphores.
- Serve as the primary liaison with clients throughout the design process, analyzing briefs and defining specifications.
- Oversee the creation of prototypes to ensure alignment with client needs.
- Industrialize prototypes by drafting assembly ranges and creating placements and templates using Photoshop or Illustrator.
- Ensure accurate version control and integrate operation times into the M3 system, communicating effectively with relevant stakeholders.
- Identify necessary tools and training for pre-series production and support skill development for confectioners.
- Manage the launch and monitoring of series to achieve successful industrialization, providing final approval on behalf of HTH.
- Analyze and study production times, justifying and optimizing them as needed.
- Establish and maintain reference data processes for confection activities, ensuring accurate data entry and updates in information systems.
- Contribute to the strategic development of manual skills and conduct market research to enhance manufacturing standards.
- Share and capitalize on implemented solutions and experiences.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in textile or soft materials engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a textile or soft materials design office.
- Recognized expertise in textiles.
- Proven experience in cross-functional project management.
- Proficiency in information systems management.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
