- Warmly greet and welcome every visitor entering and leaving the boutique.
- Serve as the Host of the boutique, embodying the company vision of extraordinary service.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and direct them appropriately within the store.
- Foster an atmosphere of helpfulness and manage difficult situations with grace.
- Collaborate with boutique teams, communicating client appointments to relevant departments.
- Maintain the daily calendar of client appointments and boutique events.
- Support with phone call appointment requests and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Anticipate client needs, offering services such as umbrella storage and beverage service.
- Manage outdoor queues when the boutique is at capacity, minimizing wait times.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Strong communication skills with a gracious and warm approach.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude.
- Experience in Customer Service, Retail, or Service sectors.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule according to business needs.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to provide basic information about the neighborhood and store services.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- High-touch customer service standards and hospitable approach.
- Proactivity in customer care with a calm, professional demeanor.
- Versatility and priority management.
- Enthusiasm, self-confidence, and motivation.
Similar experience in customer service, retail, or service sectors is required.
