- Engage in the development, adaptation, transformation, and creation of designs primarily for bespoke leather goods and Hermès Maison collections.
- Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, offering innovative ideas to enhance the unique signature of Hermès.
- Adapt designs for Hermès products, exceeding the brief's requirements and contributing creatively to projects.
- Conduct research on existing Hermès Heritage designs and explore diverse external sources for inspiration.
- Dedicate time to experimentation with graphic treatments, colorations, and artistic interpretations.
- Contribute to collective creative projects in collaboration with the Artistic Coordinator and other creative studios.
- Ensure comprehensive project management from inception to delivery, maintaining timelines and approvals.
- Facilitate communication and build trust with internal and external stakeholders.
- Guide the development of designs to the engraving stage, collaborating with engravers and Creative Directors.
- Address legal inquiries related to the use of heritage designs with the Management and Heritage team.
- Foster a spirit of collective creation within the team, participating in meetings and sharing insights.
- Mentor interns, embodying natural and supportive leadership to nurture emerging talents.
