Hermès Front Office Assistant

- Greet and assist clients and visitors with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Manage incoming calls and correspondence efficiently and courteously.
- Coordinate appointments and maintain schedules for senior staff.
- Ensure the reception area is impeccably organized and presentable.
- Assist with administrative tasks and support the office management team as required.
- Previous experience in a front office or administrative role within the luxury fashion industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
A minimum of 2 years in a similar role within the luxury fashion or hospitality industry is required.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
