1. Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
2. Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
3. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless client experiences.
4. Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
5. Assist with scheduling appointments and managing meeting room bookings.
6. Provide administrative support to the team as required.

1. Previous experience in a customer-facing role within the luxury sector.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
3. Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail or hospitality industry is required.
