- Ensure the implementation of each animation and the use of tools according to operational marketing guidelines.
- Act as a beauty training liaison for colleagues.
- Share makeup expertise and knowledge with field teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Retail Fashion and Beauty or Cosmetics (BAC +2).
- Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in luxury cosmetics sales, ideally in makeup, skincare, and fragrances.
- Proficient in makeup consultation and guidance.
- Strong service and commercial acumen.
- Result-oriented with a focus on customer loyalty.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
