Hermès Footwear Sales Associate

- Propose and sell items from the fashion department and across all departments.
- Collaborate with the entire store team to drive sales growth.
- Identify and act on customer opportunities, maintaining constant engagement.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing a memorable and surprising experience in collaboration with the external relations manager.
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly to prevent uncertainty.
- Represent and convey the values of Hermès to clients and new employees.
- Recruit and retain a new national and international clientele.
- Independently manage and maintain a client database.
- Highlight the craftsmanship of artisans.
- Participate in inventory, assist with merchandising changes, organize stock, and maintain the department/store's presentation.
- Recognized passion for customer service, service orientation, and result-driven culture in previous experiences.
- Bold and dynamic temperament with experience in large sales areas.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a generous approach to sales.
- Exemplary conduct and humility.
- Agility in using digital tools and new communication methods.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
