Hermès Footwear Production Coordinator

- Initiate purchase orders for finished products according to initial planning.
- Develop supplier schedules based on sales, capacity constraints, and commercial priorities.
- Ensure the feasibility of planning with supply, development, and industrialization teams, conducting weekly follow-ups.
- Validate and implement initial planning scenarios with manufacturers.
- Insert manufacturers' packing lists and replan weekly.
- Identify and develop solutions to prioritize delivery decisions.
- Monitor action plans to ensure productive capacities.
- Prepare weekly production meetings.
- Conduct regular check-ins with manufacturers to track production and visit manufacturers in Italy.
- Cancel purchase orders in the ERP at the end of the season.
- Manage supplier performance each season.
- Measure and drive service rate achievement.
- Organize and lead production meetings using KPIs.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in planning processes and potentially lead cross-functional projects.
- Resolve logistical anomalies and support invoice control for discrepancies.
- Degree in engineering or business school.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in production/planning.
- Proficiency in Italian is highly desired.
- Knowledge of footwear is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and priority management.
- Analytical and synthesis capabilities.
- Result-oriented with attention to detail.
- Autonomy, responsiveness, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and innovative mindset.
- Proficiency in IT tools (EXCEL, Power BI, and ERP).
Candidates should possess 2 to 3 years of experience in production or planning, preferably within the footwear industry.
Degree in engineering or business school.
The role includes travel to Italy once or twice a month.
