1. Manage pricing and performance of manufacturers in alignment with the internal needs of the Footwear Division.
2. Collaborate with the development and industrialization teams to gather requirements and request pricing from manufacturers for each collection phase.
3. Ensure timely receipt and analysis of pricing sheets from manufacturers, ensuring technical and collection target alignment.
4. Participate in negotiations with manufacturers, leveraging technical support from development and industrialization teams as needed.
5. Maintain and update data in systems, ensuring timely communication to internal departments such as collection and finance.
6. Monitor technical product modifications during production and analyze corresponding price changes.
7. Adhere to and follow the purchasing process through to contract signing with manufacturers.
8. Prepare evaluation and performance analysis dossiers for manufacturers, collecting necessary internal and external information.
9. Collaborate with the buyer to oversee the manufacturer panel and drive performance in terms of pricing, capacity, timelines, production ecosystem, and expertise.
10. Organize performance reviews with manufacturers.
11. Contribute to the continuous improvement of purchasing processes in collaboration with the Elegant Women's BU.

1. Engineering or business school degree with a specialization in purchasing.
2. Knowledge of the footwear industry.
3. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a purchasing department.

1. Attention to detail and organizational skills.
2. Numerical aptitude and analytical thinking.
3. Proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
4. Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
5. Expertise in IT tools, particularly Excel and dashboards.
6. Sensitivity to manufacturing environments and culture.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a purchasing department, preferably within the footwear industry.

Degree in engineering or business with a specialization in purchasing.
