- Plan and coordinate daily activities, setting objectives and delegating tasks to team members.
- Provide continuous feedback and coaching to the team, fostering personal development.
- Engage in recruitment activities in collaboration with leadership and HR strategy.
- Facilitate induction and integration of new team members.
- Define personal development goals for team members, setting expectations and coaching on improvement areas.
- Conduct annual performance appraisals to support development and career ambitions.
- Propose development plans to store management and HR.
- Identify training needs and communicate them to management and training personnel.
- Drive sales goals achievement through team leadership and strategic planning.
- Develop business strategies to enhance departmental growth.
- Cultivate a client-centric culture, enhancing loyalty and clienteling practices.
- Support the team in complex sales and complaint management.
- Organize morning briefings and ensure team involvement.
- Coach team members on data accuracy and client reachability.
- Contribute to business development through commercial action proposals.
- Develop action plans based on performance indicators.
- Oversee departmental buying strategies based on performance analysis and market trends.
- Support store management in organizing and supervising floor operations.
- Collaborate with operations and visual merchandising to enhance in-store experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in high-end fashion or luxury industry.
- Fluency in German and English; additional language skills are advantageous.
- Strong management career, preferably with international luxury fashion retail experience.
- Proficiency in Excel and IT tools.
- Exemplary adherence to procedures and professional presentation.
- Charismatic presence on the sales floor and with various stakeholders.
- Analytical skills with a strategic mindset.
