Hermès Floor Manager

- Plan daily activities, set objectives, and assign tasks to the team.
- Provide continuous feedback and support for personal development.
- Participate in recruitment activities in collaboration with the director and HR.
- Ensure new team members are fully integrated.
- Define personal development goals, set expectations, and performance indicators.
- Identify training needs and communicate them to store management and training leaders.
- Drive and contribute to sales targets, particularly within the department.
- Develop a commercial strategy and action plan for department growth.
- Promote a customer-centric culture, aiding in client discovery and retention.
- Support the team in complex sales and complaint management.
- Organize morning briefings and assist team preparation.
- Manage department purchasing strategy based on performance analysis and market trends.
- Support store management in organization and floor supervision.
- Collaborate with operations and store management to enhance processes.
- Encourage collaboration with visual merchandising to improve in-store experience.
- Proven leadership qualities with substantial experience in sales team management.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Sense of responsibility, autonomy, dynamism, and enthusiasm.
- Team spirit.
- Proficiency in management and analysis software.
- Fluency in French and English; a third language is advantageous.
Significant and relevant experience in managing sales teams within the luxury retail sector.
