- Plan daily activities, set objectives, and assign tasks to the team.
- Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to team members, supporting their personal development.
- Participate in recruitment activities in alignment with HR strategy.
- Conduct induction for new arrivals and ensure their integration within the team.
- Define personal development objectives, set expectations, and coach team members on improvement areas.
- Conduct annual performance appraisals to support team development and career ambitions.
- Propose people development plans to store management and HR.
- Identify training needs and collaborate with store management and training manager.
- Drive sales goal achievement through team members, focusing on specific departments.
- Develop business strategy and action plans to enhance departmental growth.
- Foster a client-centric culture, supporting client discovery and loyalty.
- Support the store team in complex sales and complaint management.
- Plan and conduct morning briefings, ensuring team involvement.
- Coach team members to improve data accuracy and client reachability.
- Contribute to business development through commercial action proposals.
- Develop action plans based on performance indicators to meet targets.
- Support buying strategies based on performance analysis and market trends.
- Organize and ensure proper floor coverage and supervision.
- Collaborate with operations and visual merchandising teams to enhance in-store experience.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in high-end fashion or luxury industry.
- Fluency in Italian and a very good level of English; French or a third language is advantageous.
- Strong management career, preferably with international and luxury fashion retail experience.
- Proficiency in Excel and IT tools.
- Exemplary application of procedures and presentation.
- Charismatic presence on the sales floor.
- Capacity for resilience and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent leadership and motivational abilities.
- Professionalism, enthusiasm, and humility.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer service orientation.

At least 5 years of relevant experience in high-end fashion or luxury industry, with a strong management background.
