- Lead and mentor the sales team, ensuring exceptional client service and a consistent floor presence.
- Manage merchandising and stock needs, coordinating with the Managing Director and Merchant team.
- Prepare and participate in bi-annual buying sessions, ensuring visual standards are maintained.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales performance and team motivation.
- Conduct weekly business updates and monthly productivity meetings with staff.
- Oversee inventory preparation and reconciliation in partnership with the Operations Director.
- Represent store leadership in the absence of the Managing Director, ensuring adherence to policies.
- Manage P&L responsibilities, including sales targets, budget adherence, and asset protection.
- Minimum of 3 years in store management or flagship assistant store manager roles.
- Experience in buying and managing multi-person teams.
- Proven ability to report to executive management and merchant levels.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Creativity in business management and growth strategies.
- Proficiency in Excel, Lotus Notes, Microsoft Office, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent decision-making and time management skills.
- Ability to conduct presentations and manage executive visits.
- Fluency in French is advantageous.
A minimum of three years in store management or as an assistant store manager in a flagship location, with experience in buying and team management.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
The annual salary range for this position is $113,000-$135,000, determined based on the job, location, and individual experience.
