Hermès Floor Coordinator

- Coordinate the sales floor, acting as the primary point of contact for sales teams and managing daily priorities with a comprehensive view of the store and clientele.
- Ensure smooth customer reception, sales processes, and transactions.
- Optimize team allocation for an ideal customer journey, maintaining cleanliness and safety of work areas, and ensuring team grooming standards.
- Engage in sales activities, exemplifying best practices.
- Provide first-level support for handling anomalies and disputes, managing and reporting material needs.
- Motivate, stimulate, and train the sales team, contributing to skill development.
- Lead the store's leather goods activities in collaboration with the store director, aligning with commercial policies.
- Collaborate with the director to propose and implement action plans, contributing to continuous improvement.
- Develop and execute projects that enhance store operations.
- Propose and formalize continuous improvement projects to meet needs.
- Minimum of Bac +2 or 3 education level
- Proven sales experience
- Strong affinity for fieldwork
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Exemplary adherence to procedures, attitude, presentation, and ethics
- Observation and analytical skills
- Strong listening abilities
- Team spirit
- Proficiency in IT tools (Cegid, Excel, Pivot Tables, etc.)
- Fluency in English
Confirmed experience in sales is required.
Bac +2 or 3 minimum
