Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

1. Report for Hermès Group, Region, and local Senior Management.
2. Prepare annual budget and 3-year plan forecasts.
3. Reforecast to build accurate quarterly estimates and anticipate variances against budget.
4. Monitor profitability with detailed analyses of sales, margin, purchases, stock level, associated depreciation, and all expenses.
5. Identify areas of risk, alert Management, and suggest corrective actions.
6. Collaborate with Accounting, Merchandising, and other departments to ensure financial accuracy and strategic alignment.
7. Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts, including end-of-year and next-year projections.
8. Analyze financial ratios such as free cash flow, working capital, and return on capital employed.
9. Prepare Business Plans for investment projects and conduct project cost follow-up, analysis, and reforecast.

1. Degree holder in finance or accounting, ideally CA or CPA qualified
2. At least 5 to 7 years’ experience in the Finance field with a minimum of 3 years in a similar capacity

5. Proficiency in MS Office and Financial software (SAP, CEGID, TM1, Cognos, Tableau)

At least 5 to 7 years in the Finance field with a minimum of 3 years in a similar capacity.

Degree holder in finance or accounting, ideally CA or CPA qualified.
