- Report to Hermès Group, regional, and local senior management.
- Prepare annual budget and 3-year plan forecasts.
- Conduct reforecasting to generate precise quarterly estimates and anticipate budget variances.
- Monitor profitability through detailed analyses of sales, margins, purchases, stock levels, depreciation, and expenses.
- Identify risk areas, alert management, and propose corrective actions.
- Collaborate with accounting to ensure financial accuracy and cost allocation.
- Work with merchandising to monitor open-to-buy, challenge buying assumptions, and support pricing strategy.
- Assist with inventory reporting, including stock equations and sell-through analysis.
- Monitor departmental expenses in collaboration with heads of departments.
- Evaluate financial implications of strategic initiatives with senior management.
- Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts and year-end projections.
- Analyze financial ratios such as free cash flow, working capital, and return on capital employed.
- Develop business plans for investment projects and conduct cost analysis and reforecasting.
- Degree in finance or accounting, ideally CA or CPA qualified.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English.

- Proficiency in MS Office and financial software (SAP, CEGID, TM1, Cognos, Tableau).
A minimum of 5 to 7 years in the finance field, with at least 3 years in a similar capacity.
Degree in finance or accounting, ideally CA or CPA qualified.
