1. Report to Hermès Group, regional, and local senior management.
2. Prepare annual budget and 3-year plan forecasts.
3. Conduct reforecasting to generate precise quarterly estimates and anticipate budget variances.
4. Monitor profitability through detailed analyses of sales, margins, purchases, stock levels, depreciation, and expenses.
5. Identify risk areas, alert management, and propose corrective actions.
6. Collaborate with accounting to ensure financial accuracy and cost allocation.
7. Work with merchandising to monitor open-to-buy, challenge buying assumptions, and support pricing strategy.
8. Assist with inventory reporting, including stock equations and sell-through analysis.
9. Monitor departmental expenses in collaboration with heads of departments.
10. Evaluate financial implications of strategic initiatives with senior management.
11. Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts and year-end projections.
12. Analyze financial ratios such as free cash flow, working capital, and return on capital employed.
13. Develop business plans for investment projects and conduct cost analysis and reforecasting.

1. Degree in finance or accounting, ideally CA or CPA qualified.
2. 5 to 7 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a similar role.

5. Proficiency in MS Office and financial software (SAP, CEGID, TM1, Cognos, Tableau).

A minimum of 5 to 7 years in the finance field, with at least 3 years in a similar capacity.

Degree in finance or accounting, ideally CA or CPA qualified.
