Hermès Financial Controller

- Ensure reliability and accuracy of financial data during closure activities, including intercompany recharges, analytical reconciliation, provision preparation, and cost allocation integration in SAP.
- Contribute to budget management by constructing annual budgets, reforecasts, and three-year plans, and analyzing variances between actual and forecasted phases.
- Monitor and manage activities related to the calculation of indirect production cost reallocations and building operation recharges, as well as forecasted depreciation allocations.
- Participate in Business Intelligence (BI) tool projects focused on monitoring building operating costs, including automatic depreciation calculations, comprehensive cost summaries by building, and KPI implementation.
- Master's degree in Management, Finance, or Audit from a business school or university.
- Meticulous attention to detail and methodical approach.
- Autonomy and initiative.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to synthesize information and maintain perspective.
- Expert proficiency in Excel.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, M3) and Business Intelligence tools (e.g., TM1).
3 to 5 years of experience in an audit/consulting firm and/or within a financial department.
Master's degree in Management, Finance, or Audit.
