- Lead the budgeting process in alignment with strategic commitments, defining and modeling production capacities with production directors.
- Construct and present executive summaries for various phases to the management committee and Hermès Maroquinerie Sellerie.
- Participate in the construction of the profit and loss account for the division.
- Analyze variances between objectives and actuals, proposing corrective actions.
- Develop dashboards for activity and performance management in collaboration with production directors and workshop managers.
- Prepare presentations for budgetary reviews and decisions.
- Coordinate and consolidate quarterly financial closures in close collaboration with accounting and central controlling.
- Monitor cost allocation and evolution of the profit and loss account, managing major cost items and investments.
- Organize and participate in inventory processes, analyzing results and leading action plans.
- Consolidate and present investments, tracking commitments and analyzing outcomes.
- Serve as a key user for information systems tools, training new users and operational staff.
- Advanced degree (Bac+5) or equivalent experience in Financial Controlling, ideally in a production environment.
- Proven experience in operational problem-solving, preferably in an industrial setting.
- Comfortable navigating complex environments and leading change across organizational levels.
- Strong affinity for information systems.
- Expertise in Excel for reporting and analysis.
- Knowledge of ERP and Business Intelligence tools is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with an ability to synthesize information.
- Autonomous with the ability to take a step back and prioritize effectively.
Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in financial controlling, ideally within a production setting.
Advanced degree (Bac+5) in a relevant field.
