- Contribute to the quarterly closures, budget revisions, and annual budget planning for the Maison Division, collaborating with the Financial Control Manager.
- Analyze variances against key deadlines and alert on potential risks and opportunities.
- Report data in the Group's consolidation tool (Magnitude).
- Draft summary notes for forecast phases.
- Participate in the construction, improvement, and standardization of Maison Division reporting.
- Support operational teams and the Financial Directorate by constructing and optimizing dashboards to monitor key expenditure areas.
- Communicate monthly dashboards to operational teams and alert them on potential risks and opportunities.
- Respond to operational requests and assist in developing new indicators and dashboards as needed.
- Engage in non-recurring projects and ad hoc missions, including structuring projects for the Maison Division's Financial Control and conducting specific studies as requested by the General and Financial Directorate.
- Participate in inventory activities.
- Degree from a Grande Ecole (Business or Engineering) with a specialization in Finance or Management Control.
- Previous successful experience in management control.
- Excellent analytical skills and numerical proficiency.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to synthesize information.
- Attention to detail and rigor.
- Field-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in information systems; knowledge of ERP (SAP, M3) and/or query tools (TM1, Cognos) is highly valued.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Candidates must have a proven track record in management control, ideally within a luxury or high-end retail environment.
Master's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
