Hermès Financial Controller

- Coordinate and update ERP data for accurate Industrial Cost Price (ICP) calculations, including purchase prices, bill of materials, and manufacturing ranges.
- Initiate ICP calculations in ERP to ensure correct stock valuation and margins during closing periods.
- Analyze ICP variations and alert the Financial Directorate of any discrepancies.
- Conduct annual real margin studies.
- Prepare and distribute monthly sales reports for the executive committee.
- Consolidate and analyze financial statements during accounting closures and forecasting phases.
- Contribute to presentation materials and memos.
- Consolidate investments across the Maison division and report budget deviations.
- Prepare materials for Investment Committees.
- Develop annual budgets and forecasts with the U.S. subsidiary.
- Analyze risks and opportunities to anticipate impacts on revenue and year-end results.
- Monitor budget deviations and collaborate on corrective measures.
- Track and analyze royalties and their financial impacts.
- Support operational teams and the Financial Directorate by developing dashboards for key expense monitoring.
- Participate in strategic projects within the Maison division's Financial Control Directorate.
- Conduct ad-hoc studies for the General and Financial Directorate.
- Manage an intern.
- Advanced degree in finance, management control, or accounting from a prestigious business school, engineering school, or recognized university.
- 4 to 5 years of confirmed experience in management control, ideally in an industrial or international group setting.
- Advanced proficiency in IT tools, particularly Excel and ERP systems. Knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of financial and operational issues related to production and stock management.
- Rigorous and organized with the ability to structure, analyze, and present complex financial data accurately.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret figures, identify discrepancies, and make relevant recommendations.
- Proactive with a strong sense of priorities, able to anticipate needs, propose solutions, and meet deadlines in a demanding environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with diverse stakeholders in a team and partnership spirit.
- Adaptability and curiosity, eager to learn and contribute to structuring projects in a demanding and constantly evolving sector.
- Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken, for interaction with international subsidiaries.
4 to 5 years in management control, preferably in an industrial or international group environment.
Advanced degree in finance, management control, or accounting.
