Hermès Financial Controller

- Monitor and manage budgetary allocations for general expenses, indirect production costs, and communication expenses across designated central departments.
- Alert management to any deviations from budgetary or estimated forecasts.
- Prepare budgetary exchanges in collaboration with department heads for review with the executive committee.
- Assist departments in tracking orders and invoices using the MyEasyOrder system through detailed reporting.
- Educate and train departments on fundamental budgetary tracking principles.
- Distribute monthly expense reports to the Executive Committee, covering indirect production and general expenses.
- Oversee the progress of departmental investments throughout the year and alert management to any budgetary deviations.
- Prepare materials for Investment Committees at Hermès International to secure approvals.
- Contribute to the financial control team's missions, including coordinating the financial closing process.
- Participate in closing activities with accounting and budget managers, ensuring accurate invoice management and financial data reporting in Magnitude.
- Manage inter-company and external recharges on a quarterly basis.
- Draft closing and budgetary memos for submission to Hermès International.
- Master's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience, ideally starting in an audit firm followed by operational management control.
- Strong analytical skills, curiosity, and open-mindedness.
- Autonomy and initiative.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a demanding environment.
- Proficiency in information systems and ERP experience.
- Expertise in Excel.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with initial experience in an audit firm followed by operational management control roles.
Master's degree in business, engineering, or equivalent.
