Hermès Financial Controller – Export/Travel Retail Europe

- Oversee financial operations related to export and travel retail across Europe.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize profitability.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making processes.
- Monitor budgetary controls and ensure compliance with corporate policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial performance.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with export and travel retail activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CPA or equivalent is preferred.
- Proven experience in financial control within the retail or luxury sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial control, preferably within the luxury or retail industry.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
