Hermès Financial Controller

- Conduct financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making processes.
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting.
- Monitor and control financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial alignment with strategic goals.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Professional certification such as CPA or CFA is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Advanced knowledge of financial software and tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial controlling or a related field, preferably within the luxury or FMCG sectors.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
