Hermès Financial Control Assistant

- Ensure the reliability of financial information available to entities and uphold consolidation methods and standards.
- Execute monthly and biannual revenue and management closures, including reconciliation and monitoring of the division's revenue.
- Develop monthly reports and analyze variances between actual results and budget.
- Prepare analytical files for closure analysis.
- Contribute to budget construction and reforecast phases, assisting in the preparation of board presentations.
- Monitor monthly client receivables, acting as a liaison between commercial and financial teams.
- Facilitate monthly reporting with sales teams and present client receivables summaries to the Financial and Commercial Directors.
- Optimize reporting processes using advanced Excel, Power BI, and planning analytics.
- Conduct ad-hoc missions and analyses.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Finance (Business School, IAE, University, etc.).
- Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Keen interest in the luxury fashion sector and understanding of industry challenges.
- Proficiency in Excel and business intelligence tools.
- Organized, meticulous, and adaptable.
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
- Previous experience in finance is advantageous.
