Hermès Financial Communication and ESG Project Manager

- Lead the organization of financial and extra-financial communication events, including annual, semi-annual, and quarterly results presentations.
- Manage the logistics of events, including venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Develop graphic and visual materials in collaboration with the Communication Department, including graphic identity, invitations, and presentation supports.
- Organize roadshows and investor events, such as site and store visits, and special events like Saut Hermès and Hermès In The Making.
- Build and maintain an investor database.
- Ensure compliance with best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate the organization of the Annual General Meeting, managing vendors and budgets, and overseeing internal preparation meetings.
- Supervise the graphic and scenographic identity in collaboration with the Communication Department.
- Oversee technical, scenographic, security, and reception arrangements for events.
- Develop innovative financial and extra-financial communication materials, including presentations and booklets for roadshows.
- Manage the Shareholder Letter and financial advertising in collaboration with the Communication Department.
- Contribute to the drafting of the URD and activity report.
- Maintain the Hermès Finance institutional website, ensuring alignment with market best practices.
- Coordinate website redesigns and oversee financial and extra-financial online publications.
- Supervise editorial and visual content on the website, ensuring coherence across all content.
- Identify and communicate technical development needs to digital teams, coordinating production and monitoring schedules and budgets.
- Conduct continuous benchmarking of institutional websites, follow best practices, and propose optimization recommendations.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic performance, producing regular KPI reports and data-driven recommendations.
- Develop and structure shareholder dialogue and communication, managing shareholder inquiries and responses.
- Manage and develop relationships with individual shareholders through the Uptevia service provider.
- Coordinate with the Communication and Legal Departments on shared projects and topics.
- Organize and lead various meetings and committees for follow-up, validation, and review.
- Monitor and manage the department's budget and the Annual General Meeting budget in line with Financial Department processes.
- Advanced degree equivalent to BAC+5
- Approximately 8-10 years of professional experience in project management, communication, and event management, both in France and internationally
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and synthesis
- Interest in the financial sector and its constraints (regulatory, confidentiality, responsiveness)
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Versatility and strong interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with various stakeholders internally (Sustainability, HR, Governance, Legal, Finance, Communication) and externally (vendors, mainstream investors/analysts, rating agencies, etc.)
Approximately 8-10 years of professional experience in project management, communication, and event management, both in France and internationally.
Advanced degree equivalent to BAC+5
