Hermès Finance Project Assistant Intern

- Assist in project management, including the deployment of FIORI ergonomics on S4, non-regression testing, and business test monitoring.
- Contribute to training strategy development, including preparation of training paths, co-animation, and construction of tracking KPIs.
- Facilitate the Finance Group community by organizing ambassador networks and acculturation sessions.
- Support subsidiaries in process and tool changes, focusing on simplification and documentation.
- Provide operational PMO support for project tracking, ensuring adherence to schedules, organizing workshops, and monitoring Business/Finance committees and ongoing actions.
- Pursuing a career in consulting, finance, or information systems with a desire for a rich and formative internship.
- Advanced university education (Master's level) in project management, accounting, or management from a business school or university.
- Knowledge in finance (accounting, management control) through coursework and initial work experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills, service-oriented, attentive, analytical and synthetic thinking, responsiveness, and adaptability.
- Proficiency in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and collaborative tools.
- Knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
Prior experience in a corporate environment, particularly in finance or project management, is preferred.
Master's degree in project management, accounting, or related fields from a business school or university.
