Finance Intern

1. Participate in the monthly close process, including performing balance sheet reconciliations and clearing activities in SAP.
2. Assist Sales Audit with daily credit card reconciliation and clearing.
3. Investigate payments in merchant portals such as Adyen and Amex.
4. Assist with monthly journal entries and account true-ups.
5. Support the annual audit process.
6. Compile and file monthly Sales & Use Tax data.
7. Participate in state tax audits and gather supporting documents.
8. Assist with various tax projects.

1. Currently enrolled in an Associate's, Bachelor's, or Master's Degree program.

1. Excel expertise, including Pivot Tables and V-Lookups.
2. Knowledge of SAP and Retail POS software is a plus.
3. Willingness to learn and apply internship experience to academic studies.

No specific experience required, but a willingness to learn and apply skills is essential.

Interns are paid an hourly rate of US $20.00.

Internship provides real-world professional experience, mentorship, networking opportunities, and participation in a capstone project.
