1. Engage in the monthly close process, including balance sheet reconciliations and discrepancy investigations.
2. Assist in daily credit card reconciliation and clearing for Sales Audit.
3. Investigate payments through merchant portals such as Adyen and Amex.
4. Contribute to monthly journal entries and account true-ups.
5. Support the annual audit process.
6. Compile and file monthly Sales & Use Tax data.
7. Participate in state Tax Audits, including weekly calls with tax advisors and document gathering.
8. Contribute to various tax-related projects.

1. Enrollment in an Associate's, Bachelor's, or Master's Degree program.

1. Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables and V-Lookups.
2. Familiarity with SAP and Retail POS software is advantageous.
3. Eagerness to learn and apply internship experiences to academic studies.

No prior professional experience required, though familiarity with finance or accounting principles is beneficial.

Currently enrolled in an Associate's, Bachelor's, or Master's Degree program.

Interns are compensated at an hourly rate of US $20.00.
