- Monitor and analyze weekly and monthly sales revenue.
- Communicate sales figures to the Executive Committee, site directors, and sales department.
- Conduct ad hoc financial studies.
- Prepare monthly performance indicators for the Executive Committee.
- Interface with business unit leaders and production sites to ensure data accuracy.
- Develop and oversee annual and revised budgets by business unit.
- Create summary reports and assist in budget presentation preparation.
- Prepare and distribute budget reports to business units.
- Analyze budget variances with each business unit.
- Automate recurring processes and reporting.
- Enhance data quality within ERP and SAP systems.
- Enrollment in a Grande École program (Business or Engineering) at Bac +5 level.
- Strong proficiency in information systems.
- Advanced Excel skills (e.g., Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP).
- Proficiency in Power BI and Power Query.
- Excellent analytical skills and numerical proficiency.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Result-oriented and organized.
- Attention to detail.
No prior experience required, but a strong interest in finance and information systems is essential.
Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business or Engineering.
