- Produce weekly and monthly activity reports on billing and inventory.
- Contribute to the development of the monthly dashboard for the division.
- Participate in closing activities.
- Manage inventory flows, oversee campaigns, and provide support to operational teams.
- Value and analyze stock movements.
- Oversee the complete flow related to manufacturing waste, non-qualitative stocks, and unsellable training products, including administrative processing and financial valuation.
- Monitor indicators of value loss on stocks.
- Engage in stock operations led by the Finance Department.
- Participate in ad-hoc financial studies and analyses as needed by the division.
- Update pricing data.
- Contribute to IT projects within the Finance Department.
- Enrolled in a business school or equivalent program.
- Ideally, previous internship experience in management control or audit.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Recognized for curiosity and quick thinking.
- Autonomy and proactivity.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Interest in information systems.
Previous internship experience in management control or audit is preferred.
Currently pursuing a degree in business or a related field.
