Hermès Finance Control Assistant

- Structure the data collection process from business units and production sites using a SharePoint collaborative platform.
- Produce monthly indicators via a BI tool powered by SharePoint.
- Automate the data retrieval process from ERP and SAP for billing alignment.
- Monitor the application of the 8% convention and prepare adjustment entries.
- Maintain the TopSolid article database, ensuring correct accounting and cost center settings.
- Prepare monthly closures, including indirect purchases outside the group and follow-up on pending orders.
- Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts, collecting missing data, and securing data integrity.
- Develop budget tracking reports for HMM Central Functions.
- Support the industrial cost price project with margin analysis and real vs. standard project analysis.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on ERP data like surfaces and finishes.
- Final year student in a business school or higher education in finance/management.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP.
- Strong analytical and relational skills.
- Confidentiality and precision are essential.
- Excellent synthesis skills.
Experience in a dynamic, multi-project environment is preferred.
Final year student in a business school or higher education in finance/management.
