Hermès Finance BI Project Manager

- Ensure data consistency and define report formats based on usage.
- Draft functional specifications and manage BI Finance projects.
- Coordinate the implementation of new BI solutions in alignment with Hermès' transformation strategy.
- Lead BI project governance by prioritizing developments and tracking deliveries.
- Test integrations and organize User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business teams.
- Facilitate change management by training local teams on new tools and reporting.
- Develop KPIs and 'Self BI' reporting for project and operational teams.
- Monitor requests for changes to existing reports.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac+5) from an engineering school, university, or business school.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in managing cross-functional BI projects, preferably in a finance environment.
- Proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Fluent in English for international collaboration.
- Ideally, knowledge of SAP.
- Strong interpersonal skills, analytical and synthesis capabilities, service-oriented mindset, and active listening skills.
- Responsiveness and adaptability in a transforming environment.
A minimum of 3 years' experience in managing cross-functional BI projects, ideally within a finance setting.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac+5) from an engineering school, university, or business school.
