Hermès Finance and Accounting Specialist

- Document existing financial processes and identify optimization opportunities.
- Research and develop solutions through market benchmarking and best practices.
- Define project implementation timelines and identify stakeholders.
- Create training materials for business partners and new team members.
- Consolidate departmental deliverables on a regular basis.
- Develop a tool for department members to track and update task status.
- Enhance data governance and infrastructure for advanced analytics and AI tools.
- Develop data models to support organizational strategies and decision-making.
- Background in retail accounting, including sales, payment, and inventory processes.
- Proficiency in SAP (ERP) systems.
- Experience with GEOficiency control and accounting investigation tools.
- Cognos Power BI expertise.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and analytical abilities.
Experience in retail accounting and financial process optimization is required.
