2. Research and develop solutions through market benchmarking and best practices.
3. Define project implementation timelines and identify stakeholders.
4. Create training materials for business partners and new team members.
5. Consolidate departmental deliverables on a regular basis.
6. Develop a tool for department members to track and update task status.
7. Enhance data governance and infrastructure for advanced analytics and AI tools.
8. Develop data models to support organizational strategies and decision-making.

1. Background in retail accounting, including sales, payment, and inventory processes.

1. Proficiency in SAP (ERP) systems.
2. Experience with GEOficiency control and accounting investigation tools.
3. Cognos Power BI expertise.
4. Advanced Excel skills.
5. Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and analytical abilities.

Experience in retail accounting and financial process optimization is required.
