1. Document existing processes and highlight areas for optimization.
2. Research and develop solutions, including market benchmarking and best practices.
3. Define project implementation timelines and stakeholders.
4. Create training reference guides for business partners or new team members.
5. Consolidate departmental deliverables on a regular basis.
6. Create a tool for department members to update task status.
7. Develop a roadmap for enhancing data governance and infrastructure readiness.
8. Develop models for meaningful data analysis to support organizational strategies.

1. Retail accounting background in sales, payment, and inventory process flow.

1. Proficiency in SAP (ERP).
2. Experience with GEOficiency (control and accounting investigation tool).
3. Knowledge of Cognos Power BI.
4. Advanced Excel skills.
5. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical.

Experience in retail accounting and familiarity with relevant tools and software.
