Hermès Field Learning Manager

- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for field staff.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field.
- Proven experience in a training or learning and development role.
- Strong understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports.
- Proficiency in learning management systems and e-learning platforms.
A minimum of 5 years in a learning and development role within the luxury fashion industry or a similar field.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
