Hermès Fashion Sales Consultant

- Propose and sell fashion items across various departments, contributing to the store's revenue.
- Collaborate with the entire store team to enhance sales performance.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing a memorable and surprising experience in partnership with the external relations manager.
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly to prevent any uncertainty.
- Represent and convey Hermès' values to clients and new staff.
- Recruit and retain a diverse clientele, both national and international.
- Independently manage and maintain a client database.
- Highlight and promote the craftsmanship of Hermès artisans.
- Participate in inventory management, merchandising updates, and stock organization to maintain department and store standards.
- Proven passion for customer service and a results-driven approach.
- Dynamic and bold personality with experience in a broad sales environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a generous approach to sales.
- Exemplary conduct and humility.
- Proficiency in digital tools and modern communication methods.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
