Fashion Accessories Product Assistant Intern

1. Assist the Product Manager in the development of the collection.
2. Update collection tracking tools such as collection plans and price pyramids.
3. Assist in product referencing, including database management and product documentation.
4. Ensure proper organization of design meetings, including preparation of materials and prototypes.
5. Provide operational support for sales and competition analysis.
6. Update post-show collection history tracking, including photos and collection plans.
7. Manage prototype shipments for various shoots, meetings, and shows.
8. Conduct regular analyses on competition, trends, and sales figures.
9. Launch, track, and receive prototype orders for shows and shoots.
10. Manage products during the show period, including setup and post-show inventory.
11. Participate in creating sales support tools with the Product Manager.
12. Prepare shooting briefs and oversee photo retouching.
13. Ensure the proper maintenance of the exhibition stand.

1. Student in a business school or equivalent program, or at IFM.
2. Dynamic, organized, reliable, and meticulous.
3. Desire to gain autonomy through a multi-tasking role.
4. Practical mindset with attention to detail and strong product sensitivity.
5. Open-minded and enjoys teamwork, with adaptability to different interlocutors.
6. Ideally, previous experience as a Product Assistant.

1. Proficiency in computer tools (Office Suite & InDesign).

Ideally, a first experience as a Product Assistant.

Student in a business school or equivalent program, or at IFM.

Internship contract
