- Assist the Product Manager in the development of the collection.
- Update collection tracking tools, including collection plans and pricing pyramids.
- Support the Product Manager in product referencing by creating the reference database for collections, packaging, and product notices.
- Ensure the organization of DA meetings, including preparation of POS materials, documents, and prototypes.
- Provide operational support for sales and competition analysis.
- Update the historical tracking of collections post-podium, including photos and collection plans.
- Manage the dispatch of prototypes for various shoots, meetings, and fashion shows.
- Conduct regular analyses of competition, trends, and quantitative data.
- Initiate, track, and receive prototype orders within deadlines for podiums and shoots.
- Oversee product management throughout the podium period, including setup and dismantling post-podium.
- Collaborate in creating sales support tools with the Product Manager, such as product sheets, sales briefs, catalogs, and material ranges.
- Prepare shooting briefs and oversee photo retouching.
- Ensure the proper maintenance of the stand.
- Currently enrolled in a business school or equivalent program, ideally at IFM.
- Dynamic, organized, reliable, and meticulous.
- Desire to gain autonomy through a multi-tasking role.
- Practical mindset with attention to detail and strong product sensitivity.
- Open-minded and enjoys teamwork, with the ability to adapt easily to different interlocutors.
- Previous experience as a Product Assistant is preferred.
- Proficient in computer tools (Office Suite & InDesign).
