Hermès Fashion Accessories Communication Assistant

- Assist the Fashion Accessories Communication team in managing internal and external communication projects, ensuring alignment with Hermès' style and quality standards.
- Manage and track loan requests for press needs, including 'Le Monde d’Hermès' magazine, Instagram, and other external events.
- Monitor and report on press coverage.
- Update store communication tools.
- Create Podium tools such as dynamic catalogs, collection plans, product sheets, and collection briefs.
- Design internal team presentations.
- Support the preparation of photoshoots and video shoots.
- Assist in showroom preparation and welcome duties twice a year for three weeks.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Visual Communication, Multimedia, or Graphic Design (Bac+3 to Bac+5).
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and PowerPoint.
- Versatility and teamwork capability.
- Adaptability to multi-management environments.
- Organizational skills, precision, dynamism, and ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
- Creativity and curiosity, with a proactive approach.
- Interest in fashion accessories.
- Fluency in English.
Relevant experience in communication or a related field is preferred.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Visual Communication, Multimedia, or Graphic Design.
