Hermès Executive Committee Assistant

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive committee.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared in advance.
- Manage communication and correspondence on behalf of the executive committee.
- Organize and maintain confidential files and records.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for executive meetings.
- Facilitate effective communication between executive committee members and other departments.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role within the luxury fashion industry or a similar fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
