Hermès Executive Assistant

- Efficiently manage the Director's schedule, coordinating appointments, meetings, and project committees with various stakeholders while optimizing travel arrangements.
- Organize and prepare meetings for the Executive Committee, including room reservations and agenda coordination.
- Participate in organizing key departmental events such as seminars and internal functions.
- Anticipate and prepare for recurring deadlines such as podiums, financial closings, and budget preparations.
- Plan and organize travel arrangements, coordinating with internal or external entities and managing bookings through Goelett.
- Occasionally take notes and produce meeting minutes for the Hermès Commercial management committee.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant in a demanding environment.
- Discretion and respect for confidentiality.
- Meticulousness, precision, organization, and foresight.
- Autonomy, agility, and adaptability.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Outlook, and digital tools.
