Hermès Executive Assistant

- Organize events such as meetings, seminars, and celebrations, as well as client and internal visits, including logistics and hospitality arrangements.
- Assist in managing expense reports and oversee budget tracking, supplier account creation, invoicing, and purchase order processing.
- Coordinate team meetings and manage schedules in collaboration with Hermès assistants.
- Support collective projects related to team dynamics, such as relocations and internal feedback initiatives.
- Draft and format presentations and potentially confidential documents, and take meeting notes to create minutes.
- Facilitate the onboarding of new team members, including temporary and permanent staff, interns, and contractors.
- Manage the recording and archiving of contractual documents for the team.
- Liaise with partners and service providers for orders, receptions, and invoice processing, using My Easy Order system.
- Handle logistical needs for the team, including workspace, equipment, and document organization.
- Order office supplies, IT equipment, and manage access badges.
- Interface with general services and maintain administrative dashboards for budgets and attendance.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in administration or related field
