Hermès Executive Assistant Intern

- Manage the agenda and assist in anticipating various deadlines.
- Organize and prepare meetings, including 1:1s, team meetings, and committees, along with room reservations and setup.
- Support the team in formatting presentations for the Group.
- Manage, update, and disseminate the calendar containing all deadlines and team schedules.
- Contribute to organizing seminars and other team-related events/meetings.
- Receive and distribute departmental mail.
- Welcome visitors.
- Maintain workspace and furniture needs.
- Order and manage supplies, tools, and press subscriptions.
- Discretion and respect for confidentiality.
- Mastery of administrative management fundamentals.
- Service-oriented mindset.
- Perfect command of office software, particularly Excel and Word, and secretarial techniques.
- Proficiency in professional English.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision while being an active team member.
- Organizational skills, rigor, and good priority management.
- Ability to quickly adapt to the work environment.
- Availability, good interpersonal skills, and service orientation.

No prior experience required, but a keen interest in executive assistance and administrative roles is essential.
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
