HermèsEvent Project Manager

- Coordinate the manufacturing campaigns for Podium and Press events, including other collection events like fashion shows.
- Act as the interface between clients and production sites, collaborating closely with internal and external manufacturing teams.
- Evaluate and consolidate demands, coordinate orders with internal clients, and prioritize needs.
- Define the manufacturing flow for each prototype with the Technical Direction and Study Office.
- Organize the Petit Théâtre for all relevant projects and ensure successful execution.
- Launch and monitor manufacturing orders in the ERP system and communicate with production sites.
- Ensure the supply of necessary components for manufacturing.
- Manage production-related issues and propose alternatives.
- Estimate reliable delivery times for prototypes.
- Ensure the alignment of physical and information flows, and report activities to the entire chain.
- Analytical skills, rigor, and synthesis ability.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of M3 and PowerBI is a plus.

First successful experience in cross-functional project management.
Master's degree (Bac +5) in business or engineering, or equivalent.
