Event Project Manager

1. Coordinate the manufacturing campaigns for Podium and Press events, including other collection events like fashion shows.
2. Act as the interface between clients and production sites, collaborating closely with internal and external manufacturing teams.
3. Evaluate and consolidate demands, coordinate orders with internal clients, and prioritize needs.
4. Define the manufacturing flow for each prototype with the Technical Direction and Study Office.
5. Organize the Petit Théâtre for all relevant projects and ensure successful execution.
6. Launch and monitor manufacturing orders in the ERP system and communicate with production sites.
7. Ensure the supply of necessary components for manufacturing.
8. Manage production-related issues and propose alternatives.
9. Estimate reliable delivery times for prototypes.
10. Ensure the alignment of physical and information flows, and report activities to the entire chain.

Master's degree (Bac +5) in business or engineering, or equivalent.
