Hermès Event Project Manager

- Lead the production campaigns for Podium presentations, ensuring alignment with finished product and component scopes twice annually.
- Oversee production campaigns for press offices twice a year.
- Manage production for additional events such as fashion shows and test campaigns.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the event scope.
- Coordinate and centralize production campaigns for Podium, Press, and occasional events, acting as the main liaison between clients and production sites.
- Organize and evaluate demand, coordinating internal orders and prioritizing needs using PLM tools.
- Define production flows with the Technical Direction and Design Office, implementing necessary organizational structures.
- Launch and monitor production orders in ERP systems, ensuring timely communication with manufacturing sites.
- Supervise the supply of necessary components and manage production progress across sites.
- Address production-related issues and propose alternatives, ensuring stakeholder communication.
- Ensure the alignment of physical and informational flows, managing inventory and reporting activities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts, supporting the development of processes and tools.
- Participate in team knowledge sharing and training initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or engineering.
- Proven experience in cross-functional project management.
- Analytical skills with attention to detail and synthesis ability.
- Ability to prioritize, work independently, and maintain perspective.
- Customer service and results-oriented mindset.
- Curiosity, responsiveness, and proactiveness.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with M3 and PowerBI is advantageous.
A successful track record in cross-functional project management is required.
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or equivalent.
